Eco-migration: Dialogue and Cooperation in the South Caucasus Countries for Better Life

  • Implemented by CENN, Green Lane NGO, funded by EU, 2013-2015
The project started in May, 2013 and will last until August 2015. It is implemented by “Green Lane” Agricultural Assistance NGO and the Caucasus Environmental NGO Network (CENN), and is funded by the European Union. The overall objective of the project is to support initiation and successful systemic reform implementation in the field of eco-migration in the South Caucasus countries via strengthening the capacities of the civil society actors and enhancing structured and inclusive multi-stakeholder dialogue at the national and regional levels. The target communities are Lori and Tavush regions. [more]


Empowered Rural Women for Sustainable Agriculture in the South Caucasus

The project, titled “Empowered Rural Women for Sustainable Agriculture in the South Caucasus”, is implemented by the financial assistance of the Austrian Development Agency through Hilfswerk Austria International collaborating with the Caucasus Environmental NGO Network (CENN) in Georgia and “Green Lane” Agricultural Assistance NGO in Armenia. The aims of the project are - to create additional income sources for farmers by establishing cheese production cooperatives and to support the engagement of women in tackling environmental and agricultural issues in the communities.[more]
