Nune Sarukhanyan, PhD – President of Green Lane Agricultural Assistance NGO
Dr. Sarukhanyan is the author of 33 research articles and 41 popular articles, as well as 5 monographs. Dr. Sarukhanyan`s works refer to the study of legumes, organic agriculture and wild edible plants, and medicinal plants. Over the recent five years, she has been doing important work in establishing and developing Local Extension Research Groups (LERG), Farmer Field Schools (FFS), and Rural Women Consuls (RWC) in Armenia.
For her work, Dr. Sarukhanyan was awarded the Women’s World Summit Foundation’s (WWSF) Prize for Women’s Creativity in Rural Life in 2012.

Zabel Hayruni, M.A. – Translator/Administrative Manager
Ms. Hayruni earned her Master of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from the American University of Armenia in 2006 and her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Yerevan State University in 2002.
She joined Green Lane NGO in March 2014 in order to be part of a team that promotes the recognition of farmers as an integral part of the local community’s economic, political, and environmental landscape.

Narine Asatryan – Financial Manager
Suzanna Khachatryan – Accountant
Suzanna earned her Bachelor’s degree from Yerevan State College of Humanities; the Faculty of Translation and Service Management in Hotels and Tourism Complexes in 2003-2007. Then she was specialized in Accounting and bookkeeping and obtained qualification of Bookkeeper from the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia. She joined Green Lane NGO, being in love with the organic agriculture in general, and help to Armenian farmers in particular.
